[Yeah, he didn’t forget, he’s just Like That. He suspects Atsushi will catch onto that soon enough, but it’s kind of fun to let him think that Dazai is completely fearless for now. Maybe he kind of is, with horror movies at least, but he doesn’t think that Atsushi is stupid or childish for reacting that way. Most people get scared at least once during horror movies, after all. Unless it’s just a godawful movie with no budget or something.
